Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wave Gammatron NW4005C1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westamp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weidmuller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Weg product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westamp such as the 34246603 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8560700000 manufactured by Weidmuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Weidmuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USCFW080220T2024E0N4A1Z by Manufacturer Weg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has West-Instruments Brand 2070 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Welding-Technologies such as WT01M03A equipment made by Welding-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Welding-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Welding-Technologies" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9505829 by Wera and WT01M03A spares by Welding-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 511001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wavetek.
